Where Strategy Meets Execution
“I have spent my career building, leading, and transforming healthcare organizations.
My background includes both founder level operating experience and enterprise strategy work. I built and sold an urgent care business, then moved into large system roles focused on integration, transformation, governance, and execution.
That combination shaped how I lead.
I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up. I also understand what it takes to move work across a large, complex organization where priorities, incentives, and decisions do not always align.
I do not separate strategy from execution.
A strategy only matters if it can be translated into decisions, behaviors, and performance.”
How I Work
My work is grounded in the
EDGE Framework.
Evaluate
Diagnose what is actually happening
Design
Build the structure required for execution
Guide
Align leaders and operators around ownership
Execute
Embed cadence so performance is sustained
This is how strategy becomes performance.
What I Believe
Most organizations do not fail because people are not working hard enough.
They fail because the system around the work is unclear.
Priorities compete
Decisions stall
Accountability is diffused
Execution depends on effort
Strong organizations solve that with structure, alignment, and cadence.
That is the work I focus on.
